- Initially you need to open Outlook by clicking on Start and then All Programs and selecting Outlook. You may also find it as a desktop icon. Then all you have to do is click on the desktop icon to launch Outlook
- After that, you can click on Tools and Send/Receive and then select Define Send/Receive Groups under Send/Receive Settings.
- Then, you need to click on Accounts and then select your email account
- Subsequently, you can click each folder for which you want to download complete messages, such as your Inbox. You can then select Download complete item including attachments. Click on the OK button.
