Find Out The SMTP Server Address In Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Corporation, the software giant has been serving us for more than a decade and they have offered us plenty of platforms and applications to work with. We have enjoyed or have at least used all of them. Microsoft Office suite is the office application that we all had been introduced to few years ago. This office suite helps us with a variety of tasks as it offers a word application, spreadsheet application, presentation application, email application and others. Among these, the email application that has been included in the Microsoft Office Suite is Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook enables us to send and receive email messages, sort and organize our emails, organize contacts, calendars, notes, tasks and everything related to Microsoft Outlook. The messages that you send using Microsoft Outlook normally gets connected to the server using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol which is also known as SMTP. This server is then in turn accessed by your email service provider and sometimes the SMTP server may be incorrect and this might be due to incorrect configuration of the same. This will allow you in receiving the messages, but not to send them.

When you face this error, you will obviously contact Outlook support team for their assistance. They will then ask you for the address of your SMTP server. In such a situation, you can follow the instructions given below and offer the same to the Outlook support team.
