• To confirm that the settings are accurate, you can run a test. Try to send an email message to the webmail account. You will find the email message in the Inbox of Outlook or in the folder that is open in the Navigation pane of Outlook.
• Send a reply for the email message. It would take only a few seconds to pass on the message. And, if the reply is send successfully, then you can confirm that the connection between Internet email account and Microsoft account is correct. If you find any error in between, go through the settings once again and correct it.
